Zero, can you provide some background and your thoughts about this device? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Gl45Ulf7Us&feature=youtu.be Apparently, some of its technology is related to the Muller Dynamo, as it is currently being discussed in the Muller Dynamo thread over at the Over Unity forum. Did you have a system up and running, demonstrating that it's possible to develop a resonance which resulted in a voltage spike-- you were quoted on that thread saying something to the effect that it is 99.9 percent certain that it can be made as a self runner, designing it as a resonant electro-mechanical arseembly?

On the Facebook page for Quanta Magnetics, I asked Mike about the possibility of self-looping. He replied: "The real output of this machine is measured in amp-hours stored for use from T2 charged batteries. You can view the low input as it is being drawn, yet output cannot be measured the same way due to the resonance effect." Yet he wrote as a comment to his video: "It's the overall low power consumption to charge ratio that seems to evade most individuals." To compute this ratio presumes that output power (leaving the T2 to recharge the external battery) can be measured using conventional methods (ie: watts). Any thoughts?

Yes I have seen this and greatly admire his work. However, "Can't measure the same way" = not measuring real power. That's why he doesn't have a self looper, and that is the only true measure of over-unity or energy from the vacuum.
