Chatroom instructions. PLEASE READ!: Each time you visit this page you will automatically be assigned a guest user number in chat. Leave as is or choose your own. As long as the name you've chosen isn't already taken, you may begin using it right away. Once you've had that name for at least 2 minutes you can also password protect it by clicking Menu then Register nickname. Enter your email address and password, then submit. A validation email will be sent to that account. From that email copy the authentication string between the quotation marks, paste it into the chatroom and hit Submit. The only gotcha is make sure you do NOT include the leading and trailing space. It should look exactly like this "/msg NickServ confirm authcode" without the quotes. That's all there is to it! Going forward you will need to enter your password to use that user name in my chat room (and Scarecrows!). Once that nickname is yours, no one else may sign on using your nickname without a password for more than 60 seconds or they revert to Unidentified_xxxxx.
