Zero, George Wiseman has been reminding his readers that molecular hydrogen has outstanding health properties. Well, the scientific evidence is now overwhelming. Check out this interview with Tyler LeBaron (Founder of the Molecular Hydrogen Foundation):

A device such as this should be in everyone's kitchen:

I'm thinking of trying to build one myself, starting with a device such as this and modifying it:

I'm writing in threads at overunity and open-source-energy, and have posted some questions there using my blog name, PieEconomics:

This project should not be too difficult, but since this will be my first project and it is one that needs a food grade output I'll probably need to have the first drinking water produced tested in a lab. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

When I visited raptor and spodie at square one energy several years ago, they kept an HHO generator bubbling gas thru a dispenser vessel filled with distilled water, available as a drink for all.  I drank several ounces, several times. It was interesting, but I cannot recall any quantifiable effects, good or ill.

It is possible I noticed a heightened sense of awareness for a period of time afterward, but the effect parseed after a few minutes.

Methinks it was more "mind over matter" than anything, but I cannot quantify one way or the other. If you fancy H2 fizz water, have at it.  I prefer club soda with a little lime

Well, I suppose unless a person has noticeable inflammation like carpal tunnel syndrome, no immediate effect is felt. The long term effects of reduced inflammation are profound, as well as getting a ten times better antioxidant dose than any superfood can supply.

The fact that molecular hydrogen's effect is so subtle is a positive attribute. An overdose of food antioxidant can damage the body, but not so with molecular hydrogen-- such a situation is simply not an overdose. This is an extremely body friendly substance.

Be sure to watch the linked video from the Molecular Hydrogen Foundation. If you have ever known a person with Parkinson's disease you'll want to be drinking molecular hydrogen water well before the age when symptoms can start to develop. The Foundation is non-profit, and the video is based on peer reviewed scientific research with sources listed.

Also, read George Wiseman's articles on his Eagle-Research website. Generally, the only beverage he drinks is hydrogen infused water. This is what got me interested, as I was looking for a healthy beverage to include on the PieEconomics Diet page of my blog.

BTW, is the fizz effect of hydrogen infusion just like that of club soda?

Received an email from the manufacturer of a $19,000 commercial 50 lpm HHO Water bubbling system for drinking shown on YouTube. It doesn't bode well for my wanting to build an HHO infusion drinking water machine.

"We are no longer building small personal use HHO generators. The cost was excessive to keep medical quality and still get an affordable device. However, for industrial use it is affordable, since production is quite good for a water modifier."

I'm going to start with a simpler method than using HHO; probably using magnesium, and will followup on the Diet page of my PieEconomics blog.

Not at all. Fizz was barely detectable. While they called it  "fizzy water" it tasted nothing like club soda, probably because base stock was steam-distilled water, and had no mineral content to speak of
